Tremont Smart 16 - A KCM Property

Great location. Potential to be a highly rated property. We accidentally locked ourselves out and the customer service was immediately available to help.

The front door was very difficult to open (out of level and stuck). The apartment was not very clean. The hand soap in the bathroom was empty. There were food smears on the cabinets, the floors were dirty, an eye contact from a previous renter stuck on the wall. There were dirty hand prints on walls/trim. There were also no pillows on the bed other than 2 very flat, overused decorative shams. There was a plastic protective cover on the mattress that was old and all balled up—didn’t fit. I understand why this is on the bed, however, for comfort should have a softer mattress pad on top and plastic protector that actually fits the mattress.

The location was great.

It could have been cleaner. There was curly hairs by the toilet dishes in the dish washer, a dirty black sock in the window sill ( all of which i left ) my white sock bottoms were dirty from floor not being cleaned properly. Besides this i enjoyed my stay. . Only two pillows so I bought two and left them behind for next person.

Upgrades/remodel

Extremely loud and beds were like rocks. Food and ants under the couch and dirty black feet after walking around for a short period of time. Left a day early because I could not stand to stay up another night.

Interior was clean and locations close to venue.

Lack of parking spaces, outside was dirty, broken glass in parking area. Garbage piled up outside. Didn’t receive check in information until after 4 pm and had to call and request it.
