"Disappointing"

We had a place to spend the night other than the streets or sleeping in the car.

No front desk! After 30 min trying to contact someone to do my check-in, I emailed the host and waited another 30 min for a response with the door's code. The room's smell wasn't pleasant and the toilet didn't have any water, so it wouldn't flush. I had to grab water from the shower to dump into the toilet box to be able to flush it. The shower curtain was nasty! For a stay that cost us over $200 we were certainly disappointed.

"Do not think this is Airbnb"

Everything. It is listed as an Airbnb it is far from an Airbnb it is a hotel room with a keypad entry. There is nothing that is listed. Could not connect to the WiFi, there is no hot tub, or the tv only couldn’t change the channel.

"Pleasant"

No television, one package delivered by Post Office to hotel but lost before it got to me, as well as two letters, one with a bank credit card and the other containing an insurance money order.
