Overall a bad experience. To start, the Host4Y registration process is a pain, you need to send on an unsecure website (blocked by my antivirus) a lot of private info like picture, passport etc... for all the guests. Then, to get the keys, we had an outdated picture of the locker, which had been moved a few meters away. Not comfortable when you arrive late at night. Finally, we were 3 but there were only linen/sheets for 2, we stayed 4 nights but we never got the 3rd set despites our requests to the host. This made an uncomfortable stay for the person who had to sleep on the sofa without sheets. And oh, the location is good but the rooms are above a very noisy street so bring some earplugs; the flat is overall very dark as there is never direct sunlight in it. And, when we asked to be reimbursed for the 3rd person, the host lied to Booking by saying that the problem had been solved. This is unacceptable. So I can only advise you to find something else.

The apartment was spacious. The host was nice and communicative.

Most areas of the apartment were cold, especially the bedroom, with no air condition. The central heat system didn't run daily. We found it a bit inappropriate for the host to ask us to remove the trash from the apartment before we were leaving, even though we already had paid a considerable fee for the cleaning, and we were already about to remove the trash ourselves.
