The apartment was clean and fully equipped, and access was easy thanks to clear instructions from the host. The place is easily accessible by car, with a dedicated parking lot right next to the building.

The surroundings of the apartment are peaceful and quiet but don't offer any touristic amenities like restaurants etc.
