3BR / 2BA Townhome with Pool, Patio, WiFi, Washer/Dryer

The host has provided everything you need. A lot of towels and linens, even pool towels and a cooler. Nice kitchen and dining area, beads are comfortable. Great location! Saw deer by our back patio one morning, Comfortable furniture in living room. Liked having the washer and dryer as well. Would stay here again for sure.

Limited TV access - no cable or satellite. Streaming apps only. Could use a Roku or Firestick to get some news and weather

Location was great, covered parking would be a bonus in the summer and winter months. Condo was nice, clean and accomodating with multiple bathrooms.

Ants were present in the kitchen. Living Room ceiling fan wobbled a bit too much when fan speed set too high.

The house was perfect. Cute and immaculate. Two coffee makers with coffee. An adorable welcome basket. The new townhouse had covered parking right outside and the codes from the back porch - with a grill - and the master bedroom was a field and mesa and the moon. Loved this property including the large capacity washing machine after a week out outdoor adventures.

Honestly, I can’t think of anything. It was a quick drive to great little lunch and dinner places and popped over to Sunny’s for a breakfast

There was plenty of room for our family of 6 to spread out and relax. My daughter especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I liked having a washer and dryer.

We don't have any complaints.

The house was, very clean, very comfortable, and well-maintained. We appreciated the welcome pack and that there were a few food essentials in the cupboards. The Wifi worked well. The house was quiet and on the edge of town but not too far from shops and restaurants. Kanab is a great base for exploring the area. The gym equipment was basic but comfortable to use with good aircon in the gym room. The pool area was pleasant. No sun umbrellas but some shade near the clubhouse later in the day and plenty of chairs and loungers. Our host provided pool towels. The house instructions were clear to follow and not too complicated. We appreciated the provision of dishwasher and laundry tablets.

We had an influx of bugs in the upstairs bathroom one evening, through the air con grille we think as we didn't have any windows open. They had mostly vanished by the next morning! We could not get the capsule coffee machine to work.

Very clean. Things were in good shape
