The location. Right across the beach.

An extra cleaning fee of R450 when booking the accommodation, a deposit of R1000 they don't tell you about until the day you check in. Limits on electricity usage. ROACHES. We didn't have dstv for a day or 2. We didn't have hot water for a day and a half and although they refunded us for one night, it was the least they could've done. Jason was an absolute pleasure, but the other lady that we dealt with made it very unpleasant as much as she apologized towards the end of the stay, it still put a damper on our holiday from the start. Would not recommend.

The proximity to the ocean

The cockroaches. The dirty sleeper couch mattress. The truly horrible wifi. Not enough towels. One toilet roll for a couple for a whole week.

Very helpful staff.

No toilet paper provided. Unit needs to be fumigated, saw quite a few cockroaches. Very noisy complex.
