Pescioni 19 is a beautifully appointed apartment in a decent location in Arezzo. Architecturally the apartment is stunning and is equipped with all the modern amenities. The photos are very accurate for the apartment. Roberta is a good host and was easy to communicate with before and during our stay. She met us on arrival and showed us around the apartment. She missed showing us where the valve was for the gas stove so the first morning meant no cooked breakfast for us! A suggestion for Roberta would be to put together a multi lingual binder with all the important information about the apartment, wifi, gas valve, parking information, garbage disposal and general items of note. This would make it easier when there is a language barrier. We had a car rental during our stay and found a great paid parking lot, just outside the walled town, three blocks from the apartment. Two hour parking was 1.40 Euro which we paid each night and it took us through to the next morning. It worked perfectly for us, might not be as good if you were parking the car during the day, but for us it worked. Great property which I would recommend. Short walk to one Piazza and lots of restaurants. Arezzo is an small enough place to walk around, albeit lots of steep inclines and declines! Thanks Roberta.

Amazing place, one of the rare cases when the property looked better in life. – Roberta was very helpful and kind – The apartment is super cozy and stylish – The kitchen is really well equipped – Bed is great and the bathroom is super comfy and very clean – There is an AC in each room, but the location of the apartment is so perfect for Italian hot summer, there is no direct sunlight and if you open windows in living room and bedroom the apartment will be cooled naturally

A beautiful little apartment in the heart of the historic district of Arezzo. Colorful, tasteful, with modern amenities. It is within walking distance of all the glorious things to see in Arezzo, and there are so many! The bed is comfortable with nice sheets and the apartment is very, very quiet.

It’s on a street just minutes away from the glorious Piazza Grande. The apartment is clean, comfortable and relaxing.

Great location on a quiet street but surrounded by the historical centre. Everything in the apartment was clean and in excellent condition with a great shower!

I think this was the best appartment I had pleasure to stay in Italy, value for money 10/10. In the centre of the city but still in a quiet street, amazing appartment in an old building but with modern interior and facilities, super clean and equipped in everything you need for holidays. Also great restaurants with local food nearby. There is no air conditioning, but it was known before reservation. Also, have your translation app ready, might be useful if you don't speak Italian :).
