Location close to downtown.

Here are some comments about our recent stay at Tremont Smart 11. We found some deficiencies or problems that needed addressed. I should first say that after a phone call to management the problems were handled nearly immediately with someone arriving within minutes. We were impressed with the quick service! Here is what we found upon arriving in the unit: The dishwasher door was broken and no bottom spraying unit with water on the floor The dishes inside were not clean. There was no dishwasher detergent for our use. (We were staying two nights.) There were no dish drying towels and no paper towels. In the bathroom, there were two bath towels and two washcloths. There were two of us but expected a second set of towels for our two-day stay. There was very little hand soap in the bathroom---what was there was on the bottom of the bottle. There was one partial roll of toilet tissue and no spares. This could be an excellent rated stay. The location is great. But the whole unit needed a thorough cleaning. Housekeeping needs to have a master list of items required for each stay. NO extra toilet paper??? From the looks of the concrete floor the dishwasher had been leaking for some time and in need of repair. The outside entry to the apartments is also in need of cleaning; it does not make a very good first impression. These are small issues that can make a huge difference in your ratings.
