Nachts sind Mäuse (oder ähnliches) zwischen der Holzverkleidung und dem Dach rumgerannt. Das ist ein bisschen gruselig aber vor allem nervig. Das Haus liegt recht einsam (abgesehen von der Straße). Das sollte man sich bewusst machen.
