El alojamiento estaba lleno de gusanos incluso me encontré dentro de la cama, todos los días de la estancia, tuve que limpiar el piso varias veces con lejía y seguía habiendo, lo comuniqué al búnker o de contacto del alojamiento y me dijeron que era normal, y no fue hasta dos días más tarde que me ofrecieron de ir para mirar.

Muy buena ubicación, apartamento limpio, grande. Muy buena terraza, con muy buenas vistas.

It is a very clean and well-maintained new apartment with a nice view of the sea and Teide. The kitchen is equipped with the basics. It is nice to have a washing machine, but there is no dishwasher. Self-check-in and self-check-out are easy. Contacting the host (or rather the company that owns it) via WhatsApp is very straightforward. It can get very cold in winter, so we had to ask for extra blankets and electric heaters. Parking can sometimes be problematic as there are no reserved parking spaces in front of the house. The safest option is to park around 150 metres down the hill on the public road. Otherwise, the road is a dead end and narrow. If you're lucky, you might find a space on the side of the road, but otherwise (as all the others are private), you'll need to reverse.

Bardzo przyjemny apartament. Piękny widok na Teide. Super lokalizacja.

Budowa przed oknem, która powodowała hałas i brak parkingu pod mieszkaniem.

Very spacious and fresh apartment, with modern equipment. Beautiful nature in the surroundings, great view from the terrace.

Some construction is happening right in front of the terrace, which makes noise in the morning. Would like to have more comfortable chairs to enjoy the terrace.

Dobra lokalizacja, nad pięknym miasteczkiem El Sauzal, bardzo czyste i nowe mieszkanie, piękne widoki, jest wszystko co potrzebne.

W mieszkaniu było momentami dość zimno, mimo przenośnego grzejnika- ale cieszymy się, że był :) Dobrze by było żeby pościel nie była poliestrowa, a bardziej oddychająca 🫣 Ale poza tym wszystko super!

de ruimte in het apartement en het uitzicht

zeer eenvoudig ingericht, voldoende maar niet heel goed, bijv geen kapstok, geen schaaltjes voor yoghurt-ontbijt, grote algemene lamp aan het plafond maar geen leesverlichting op de bank, tafel met plastic stoeltjes en een slaapbank maar geen andere zitstoel, eenvoudig (hard) matras/slaapbank: plank met schuimrubberlaag. Het lopen vanaf openbaar parkeren omhoog naar apartement met bagage is lastig als je minder goed ter been bent. Boiler heeft kleine capaciteit, weinig waterdruk. Alle info/instructie (locatie, sleutels) ging per mail/filmpje op youtube, moet je wel een goede telefoon hebben om eea te kunnen volgen (dus geen host gezien)
