L'appartamento è comodo e ben organizzato, la cucina è facilmente utilizzabile e ben attrezzata. La posizione non è centralissima, ma è comunque silenziosa e a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro della cittadina.

Nell'appartamento a volte era molto caldo; anche se era stato fornito un ventilatore l'aria poteva essere un po'troppo pesante, anche di notte.
