"True Toscan experience"

The location of the accommodation is simply stunning. In front of your eyes the Tuscan countryside in all of its glory. San Gimignano is only 7 min by feet from the property. There is private parking area beside. Mrs Anna is an amazing host. We felt like we were being hosted by friends. As for the breakfast, it was simply amazing. Thanks a lot for this experience!

Great and calm location, very close to the village center. Comfortable bed and amazing terrace and view. Breakfast was really nice!

The host couple was super friendly, we really felt welcome to their lovely B&B. Great views to the Tuscan countryside and only a short walk to San Gimignano center. Also the breakfast on the terrace was great. Even though there was no AC in the room, it wasn't too hot at night, despite outside temperature of around 30 C during the day.

Everything was amazing! The hosts are so adorable and attentive.

There's no air con so during June was warm but the fan did the trick and it actually wasn't bad in the room at all!

The property was run by an Italian couple Anna and Alessandro who were very suite and traditional, very accomodating and just lovely! The view from the breakfast bar was literally to die for!

"Absolute PERFECTION! I couldn’t have dreamed of a better place to stay."

Everything about this place was exceptional! From the location (5 minute walk to town), stunning 180 degree views of the most beautiful landscape in Tuscany, super welcoming and gracious hosts, delicious Italian breakfast with the most beautiful view you could imagine. You are in the country side but walking distance to town which is so rare!! Don’t think twice just book! This was by far our favourite stay in all of Italy and we are already dreaming of going back.

"Si no esperas grandes lujos, pero valoras la tranquilidad y las vistas, este es tu alojamiento."

La ubicación y las vistas son excelentes. Está a 5minutos andando de la entrada a la parte histórica, pero disfrutarás de una tranquilidad única y de un paisaje precioso. La zona de desayuno mirando diré teme te a los viñedos es encantadora. Los huéspedes son muy amables también.

Los muebles están anticuados y son demasiados para un dormitorio (aunque es amplio) y no tiene aire acondicionado, aunque sí tiene un ventilador.
