"Apartamento agradable y bien situado en Gijon. Sin vistas al mar."

Muy agradable el apartamento, tanto la decoración como la distribución. Muy bien equipado, con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios. Con lavavajillas y lavadora secadora, muy útiles ambas. En una ubicación estupenda.

La limpieza regular, con algún detalle poco cuidado como la alfombrilla del baño. El rellano y el portal olían muy mal. Es un piso alto tiene dos ascensores de los cuales funcionaba uno, por lo que tardamos en subir y bajar. Y no tiene vistas al mar, excepto si sacas la cabeza por la ventana.

La ubicación, lo espacioso que es y las comodidades de las que dispone.

Eche en falta un tendedero.. El colchón de la cama solo se cubría con una sabana un poco justa de tamaño (no había cubrecolchon) y la sabana no era ajustable por lo que se salía al moverte entre la noche así que dormías sobre el colchón.

"Great apartment, would stay again."

Very comfortable, good location, Spacious apartment, Generally clean, Good Decor, useful washing machine and able to connect to streaming account on TV.

Needed dusting around skirting boards. Underground parking directed to by rental company 29 euro per day.

The location was very good and you have places nearby where you can park for free. Everything in the appartement looked new or renewed and the quality was good.

Opening system didn't operate properly upon arrival. The views from the appartement aren't great. There was lack of cutlery sufficient for 3 guests. We found some plates still dirty in the cupboard, and the washer machine was filled with a laundry of towels.
