Very comfortable studio. Easy to park and well located

Clean, comfortable, and newly renovated. I stayed in the smaller room since I was a solo traveler. They do have two other bigger and equally beautiful rooms (facing the rear) with a living room and kitchen. My room included a fridge, microwave, coffee/tea, and some snacks. The host is welcoming, accommodating, and attentive. If you need anything, they are quick to respond! The property is in walking distance of major sights, restaurants (check out I Sapori Del Mare) and supermarkets. If you're coming from the main train station, it is about a 25 minute walk. There are other train/bus stops nearby, but I prefer to walk to see more of the city. All in all, I would stay here again and recommend others do too!

Our stay at Olivuzza was amazing! The rooms are beautiful, spacious and clean. We had a TV as well as a small kitchen with supplies to cook with if needed. The host, Salvo, was incredibly helpful and friendly. The accommodation is at a walking distance from the centre and a lot of beautiful sights in Palermo. Definitely recommend!

The property was a beautiful escape from the hustle outside in Palermo. The newly renovated property was so comfortable with high end bedding and towels. The shower was hot and had great water pressure and the bed was the most comfortable of all our stays in Europe. The tv is a smart tv so easy to watch Netflix. The host Salvo was very helpful and available if we needed him and helped us with parking at the front of property. We were able to do our laundry there for a small fee. The position is fantastic a close walk to everything and just outside the ZTL so no worries with cameras or fines.
