"A short stay, but will return."

The property is beautifully furnished and is modern. It has everything you need. It is just like a little home from home. It is a short walk to the centre of the village, not too far away at all. We stayed as there was an event on in Ballater so used it as a base. Just a super wee place to either stay for a chill or to base yourself to explore the area. Already looking to go back to chill and really take advantage of the comfort!

Fantastic, modern, stylish ground floor apartment. Clean, minimalist look, but had everything you need. Excelent location within Ballater. Easy off-road parking. Great communication (via Booking.Com App) with owners. Ballater itself was also a lovely surprise. We wished we could have stayed longer.

"Lovely, cosy apartment in excellent location."

Location - great to be on edge of central part of town near to path networks, cleanliness- felt at home the minute we entered the apartment, kitchen space-well equipped and easy to work in when preparing home cooked food.

Foot-board on bed - a few bruises on legs after bumping into the footboard. No freezer compartment in fridge- could not freeze our cool blocks. Faulty sink plug in bathroom. No compostable waste bin/bags.
