The view was stunning

Self catering apartment but without an oven. Advertised as two tv's but no set in the bedroom. Only tv downstairs. comfort of sofa not great and tv too far away from seating. Quite a bit of maintenance around property. Bedroom very cramped. Overall, layout of property disappointing

Breakfast options are broad and simple, options that anyone would enjoy! Classic options such as croissants, bread, butter, milk, mini boxes of cereal etc. Can’t fault any of these options, they are all delicious and filling. Hot tub bath was luxury and one of the only reasons why I decided to book this house since previously visiting Terfyn Hall Apartment 1 where the hot tub is situated outside, we found that the indoor space is more private and comfortable. My girlfriend spent most of the time in the hot tub bath as it was spacious, comfortable and provided the most beautiful view, we found that the fan kept within the room also was very convenient due to the hotness of the bath eventually steaming up the windows, making the room more humid. The downstairs space and utilities were spot on, Powerful shower, great TV with Netflix, YouTube, Disney and Spotify etc, Air-fryer, Microwave, Toaster, Hairdryer, Hoover, Kettle etc perfect for making any sort of food, especially if you wish to cook rather than order food. I bought the anniversary package since I was setting up a surprise for my girlfriend for our 5 year anniversary. All requests were taken, provided with a balloon, Nosecco as we both dislike Prosecco, Chocolate cake and banners stuck around. I truly recommend this package as if you can’t make it to the venue earlier before your girlfriend arrives then it can be all set up for when you both check in together. Overall, would definitely come once again for a cute getaway! Terri doesn’t disappoint with the excellent service and quality of the lodges and houses she rents out!

Personally, we found that due to the dark walls and moody colours, the lighting was very dim within the house. This wasn’t a major issue as we constantly left the lights on and kept the curtains open during day time and the bedside table lights were very bright at night! Another negative factor was that we could only stay one night due to high amounts of bookings due to the time of year. We would’ve loved to have 2-3 days as we travelled quite far, but that is partly my own fault for booking very last minute!
