"An absolute disaster. If I'd of had time to find somewhere else I would have walked out"

Absolutely nothing!

The morning of the stay the owner claimed they had a water leak in the property I'd booked - but they could offer an alternative. The alternative property was fithly. Kitchen had not been cleaned and the kitchen bin was full. Bathroom was covered in mould. Plug sockets didn't work in one bedroom. The lock on the door to the flat did not work so the flat was unsecured all night.
