Ubicación excepcional, en pleno centro de Madrid. Todo a pocos minutos andando, Gran vía, Callao, Plaza España, Calle Fuencarral, Montera,... El apartamento renovado, diseño moderno y acogedor.

What we liked: *Location was excellent!!! Very central with 2 metro lines close by. *Clean apartment, having two bathrooms was exceptional. Well stocked basic cooking equipment. * excellent heating *building felt safe, with locked gate *very close to paid public parking garage * close to Carefour express and Dia supermarkets * two minutes from El Cortes Ingles, Granvia and Preciados shopping streets *5 minutes walking distance to Sol *restaurants, bars and cafes everywhere. *10 minutes to Malasana

*loud people entering the building late at night were clearly heard. *Didn't appreciate that zero coffee capsules were left. It is normal to provide complimentary starting kits of two capsules, two tea bags, two sugar sachets. Also, please provide a note with how to operate the annoyingly slow Tassima coffee machine. It was even difficult to find the correct capsules in the supermarket! If the host would have left some complimentary capsules, we might have struggled less to find the right capsules. People in the supermarket do not speak English, so difficult to consult with for correct coffee capsules. We left a box of capsules for the next guests. * Having 2 bathrooms is great! A towel hanger on the back of the bathroom doors would be appreciated. The bathrooms are very small. One was so small one couldnt reach the toilet without first closing the door and squeezing in. * There was adequate central bedroom lighting, but not reading lamps. The lights near the bed didn't work and were low hanging, we kept knocking our heads. Please remove or fix. * If you are more than 3 guests, be aware that the TV/ sitting area is small with one sofa.

Location and comfort

The WC didn’t work and the hot water was not hot enough. We were 5 and had to wait a long time to take a shower; we told it to the staff at the very beginning but they never came.

The location was excellent, a walking distance from most interest spots, near good restaurants and shopping, close to a Metro station. Well heated and clean. A well equipped kitchen.

During the weekend the street is extremely busy and the noise was difficult to bear. The apartment could use a full body mirror and a coat rack.

Apartamento muy bien situado, al lado de la parada de metro Callao. El apartamento tenía todo lo necesario. Era moderno con todas la facilidades. Es como se ve en las fotos. No le falta detalle.

No hay nada a destacar.

Apartament był duży, ale niestety już zniszczony i miejscami brudny. Przydałyby się osobne kołdry na podwójnych łóżkach.

Es muy cómodo y agradable. Las instalaciones están muy bien preparadas, cuentan con todo lo necesario. Nosotros hemos estado cinco días (por motivos de una oposición) y no nos ha faltado nada. Tiene lavadora, plancha, secador de pelo, lavavajillas, tendedero portátil, aspirador, cafetera de cápsula tassimo bosh, hervidor de agua, batidora, tostadora… muy bien equipado. La localización es espectacular, a 1 minuto de gran vía y con varios supermercados (Dia, Carrefour express e Hipercor) muy cerca, entre 2 y 5 minutos andando. Se escucha levemente durante el dia a los vecinos y quien suba por las escaleras pero por la noche es muy tranquilo y se duerme bastante bien. Tiene calefacción y aire acondicionado. Para repetir sin duda.

La ubicación es perfecta si viajas a Madrid para hacer turismo y disfrutar de una noche en los teatros. A pesar de estar en el centro, el apartamento es muy tranquilo y no se escuchan ruidos externos. Todo estaba muy limpio y la cocina bien equipada.

La única pega es que el agua caliente tardaba un poco en salir y que en una de las habitaciones la cama doble no era nada cómoda; se hundía hacia el centro del colchón, por lo que resultaba muy incómodo. Tuvimos que ponernos en contacto con el dueño porque no nos dejaron ropa de cama para el sofá; pero se resolvió enseguida. Además, estuvimos esperando más de una hora, de la hora acordada, a que viniera el chico que nos entregaba las llaves.

Tolle Lage direkt an der Gran Via. Sehr sehr freundliche zuvorkommende Gastgeber und schnelle problemlose Kommunikation. Design der Wohnung sehr modern :)

Die Schlafmöglichkeit auf dem Sofa für die 5. Person war sehr eng und nicht sehr komfortabel
