USIncredibly clean. Loved the property and our stay. Andreas was great! Attentive & accommodating. Location was outstanding. A stones throw from the train station. Close to tons of places for food.
USStaying at La Spezia Holidays 123 is a perfect base to travel to Cinque Terre and the surrounding area. Located steps from the train station and the main shopping street, it couldn’t have been more convenient. Our host, Andrea, was very helpful and accommodating. He even stopped his car to say hello when he happened to see us visiting the nearby town of San Terrenzo— most people would simply drive on(!). The room was clean and modern. Definitely a great value. I highly recommend staying here!
USThis is a great place with great location, the place is better than in the pictures as the bathroom is fully renovated, and all the windows are brand new with electric shades.

SGNice to get a lift for apartment in La Spezia. Close to train station although wheeling luggage would take a longer route. Instruction to access apartment can be complicated to older forks but ok for most. Has a cute fridge in the room as well.
Pillow can be firmer. Can offer umbrella for loan. (Raining when we reach)
AUGreat location from station, air con, street view and Andrea was wonderful; checking if I’d arrived ok, I knew there would be assistance if needed. Very secure which was great as a solo traveller!
EUThe staff is very friendly and quick to respond to any questions I have. The location is excellent. Less than 5 min walk to the train station to catch the train to Cinque Terre. There are coin operated laundromat nearby, plenty of restaurant nearby. Overall great value for money.

The location from the train station was a little sketchy, was not aware of but however during day hours was good. Once off main entrance the property felt safe
