A localização sem dúvida, em frente à praia e a poucos minutos pelos passadiços da praia dos 3 irmãos, que vale a pena visitar e ainda a poucos minutos do centro da vila, onde tem restaurantes e bares para divertimento.

A limpeza é dececionante, a varanda nem parece ter sido limpa, tinha uma curita usada colada no parapeito da varanda, cheio de cabelo atrás de um pequeno vaso branco, e ainda areia no ralo. Passamos 5 noite no alojamento e deixaram apenas um rolo de papel higiénico. A colcha da cama tinha algumas manchas. A porta para fechar era preciso bater com força A casa de banho de vez enquando fazia um cheiro a esgoto forte. Em relação à cozinha, tem temperos disponíveis, acredito que seja de antigos hóspedes, no então vale rever, pois a validade da pimenta terminou em 2020, ou seja 5 anos atrás

La localisation était exceptionnelle, car la entré de la plage restait à 2 minutes chrono. La vue , malgré le fait de ne pas avoir la vue de la mer , on avait la vue de la ria d'alvor. L'excellent coucher du soleil chaque jour depuis le 6 étage. L'orientation nord est parfait en été, car maintient le studio au frais toute la journée et toute la nuit pour bien dormir sans être dérangé par la chaleur. Le sixième étage c'est parfait aussi pour éviter les insectes. Zéro mouches et moustiques. Top - cuisine avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner

Studio vétuste. Relation qualité- prix est très basse , donc insatisfaisant car le propriétaire donne l'impression de quelque un qui sait très bien que même vide il arrive à louer le studio , vu que s'agit d'une zone très touristique, autrement dit si montre l'objet avant location difficilement réussira à louer à ce prix là. Donc je laisse ici quelques détails à améliorer: -Changer portes et fenêtres avec double vitre en alu. Pour isolement acoustique - faire de travaux pour identifier et se débarrasser du mauvais odeur des toilettes Car même avec l'aération et les désodorisants , c'est impossible de le neutraliser. - si possible un lit plus grand , car c'est très petit pour un couple. - un canapé lit plus récent et plus confortable pour une troisième personne ( enfant ) - mettre à disposition plus de papier toilette et sac poubelle.( même si le monsieur a dit de l'écrire en cas de besoin , je pense que ce genre des choses se prépare en avance en location. ) - la machine à café est nespresso mais malheureusement coulé plus d'eau dehors que dans la tasse.

The location is perfect! The beach is just around the corner and the centre is about 15 minutes away. The studio looks great; a nice bathroom, a small kitchen with all the utilities you need and the balcony is very nice to eat something or to just play a game or read. The owners are very kind and easy to get in touch. It's perfect for a stay in Alvor. Hint; walk all the way to the left to the cliffs, it's a whole different beach experience!

The bed is -i think- 140cm, so quite small. For us with 7 nights a bit too small :) The drainage smells sometimes, but mostly gets better after showering. It can be noisy.

The apartment has everything you need for a vacation. The location and accessibility is amazing. The wonderful beach is a walk away. You can go to the beach in the morning and cook yourself a lunch meal while it’s too hot to be on the beach.

There was really nothing that we didn’t like about the property. However the property could leave at least one toilet paper and could improve the cleaning.

The price, for the location, is exceptional. Decent size bathroom with powerful shower. Friendly hosts.

Very limited facilities: No lamps, bedside tables, kettle, tall mirror, only 1 set of keys. Sadly, the bed was very old and uncomfortable. Also had no headboard! Nice balcony. However, the hotel facing was undergoing regeneration and refurbishment, which resembled a building site. That's no fault of the apartment - but it was quite loud.

right on the beach and only 500m to the center of Alvor. apartment has everything you need for a short stay.
