"A nice flat, but not for relaxation."

A nice, renovated flat in an old, dirty tower block. Clean bed linen and towels. The kitchen has everything you need to make breakfast. The terrace with a table and chairs is an added bonus. Fast WiFi.

The flat was not cleaned before our arrival. The dirty floor and dust everywhere did not make a good impression. Unfortunately, there was a constant smell of sewage coming from the pipes under the kitchen sink. Very loud music and people shouting in the streets all night long made it impossible to sleep with the window open.

Solo la posizione.

La mia esperienza in questo appartamento è stata estremamente deludente. Alla nostra entrata abbiamo trovato ben tre scarafaggi all’interno dell’alloggio, un segno evidente di scarsa pulizia e manutenzione. Inoltre, nonostante fossimo in tre persone, ci sono stati forniti asciugamani solo per due, costringendoci a richiedere il minimo indispensabile che però non è mai arrivato. L’assenza totale di comunicazione da parte dell’host ha aggravato ulteriormente la situazione: nessuna risposta ai messaggi e nessun tentativo di risolvere i problemi. Per il prezzo pagato, la qualità e il servizio ricevuto sono stati inaccettabili. Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque cerchi un alloggio pulito, ben gestito e con un minimo di attenzione agli ospiti.
