Location and easy check in.

Airconditioning didn’t work. Lights in kitchen and bathroom didn’t work. No toilet paper left in afternoon.

Top Lage, wir konnten unkompliziert einchecken ohne direkten Kontakt aufzunehmen, Schlüssel war vor Ort, Zimmer sauber, Bett bequem, ausreichend ausgestattete Küche, süße kleine Zimmer, top Dachterrasse.

Licht im geteilten Badezimmer war extrem schwach so dass wir mit Taschenlampe dort hin sind, Licht in der Küche ging über die Abzugshaube.

Хочется отметить чистоту и отличное расположение, прямо около старого города и недалеко от жд/вокзала и автостанции. Также порадовала уютная терраса, где можно наблюдать за закатом и смотреть за взлетающими или идущими на посадку самолетами.

- Good location. - Nice rooftop terrace.

- False advertising of luggage storage before check-in (which is at 3pm). It is clearly indicated in the booking that luggages can be stored, and only when you book do they tell you that it is not possible. Also, booking is non-refundable. - Told that we would get the entry door code in the morning but only got it in late afternoon, before check-in. - Extremely rude host, late response, and no customer service at all. - Kitchen and hallway sinks are not functional during our stay. Kitchen becomes useless without a sink on the first day of our stay, and the drain is clogged during the second. - The room is TINY. Barely any space for two, and no tables, chair or anything to hold luggage. Everything has to be left on the floor, which is dirty. - The window in room 7 has a direct view to the bathroom and hallway, and if closed, makes the entire room humid (no air ventilation). If left open, is very easy access to the room and the belongings. - Barely functional flickering light in bathroom, and kitchen. Flashlights are a must to see anything. - Freezing water in the shower after just 5 minutes. - ANTS in the room and on the bed. - No sound isolation whatsoever, you can hear just about everything in the hotel and the street. - Fresh and « cleaned » towel smelled like sweat.

O prédio está na região histórica, de fácil acesso ao transporte (muitos ônibus passam na esquina, no Largo são Francisco). O quarto era bem arejado, com janelas para a rua de pouco movimento. O rooftop é muito bom, ótimo para relaxar ao final do dia. A cozinha é adequada e o banheiro também. Acesso facilitado e wifi bom.

Apenas uma observação: peguei dias frios e não havia coberta no quarto. No segundo dia percebi uma porta do armário do corredor aberta com um edredon na parte superior - embora me parecesse sujo e com manchas, preferi utilizá-lo para não passar frio. Atentem que alguns quartos não possuem janelas para o exterior e dois deles têm a janela quase dentro da cozinha.
