Vast 5bd Villa with Garden and Private Pool 250m to Beach

We had an amazing stay at this 5-bedroom villa in Bali. The villa is spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for families or groups. Each bedroom was comfortable and well-kept, and the pool area was a highlight — we spent hours relaxing there. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. Location is great — close enough to beach and shops, yet quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway in Seminyak.

Great location, very spacious Villa. Staff were lovely and had great communication. They gave us a set of keys per room. Had excellent security.

The address they gave was vague and hard to find at first. The bathrooms weren’t quite cleaned properly and a bit run down, but the staff swiftly stepped in to clean when we requested. The room I slept in had a musky smell and for the first night my sheets were damp and very hard to sleep in. There were quite a few mosquitoes that came in through the bathroom as there was a sizeable opening through the roof to outside and it was hard to avoid them getting in.

It’s a large property with 5 bedrooms with en-suites. It also has its own pool and is close to the beach and the shops. The outdoor area is well kept and out of public view so you can sunbathe without any one looking in.

Ok this was a big concern for us and has been bought to the attention of the letting agents. We felt the property was not secure the 2 main doors are so flimsy that even when locked with minimum of pushes they would cave in. The Villa is down a quiet alley and on the first night one of our group had their chain snatched which makes the security even more important.

nice villa. fantastic and prompt people to deal with. villa is in an excellent area close to everything. cleaners came every day nothing was too hard for them. would recommend to anyone and we will certainly be back

We all loved having our own bedroom and ensuites !! The location was the most attractive thing that made us book this villa. It was clean, practical and just what we expected from photos. Most of all ….. the staff were the ones who made our stay at the villa perfect !!! Their communication was prompt and nothing was too much trouble . Thankyou so much

I had an amazing stay at this rental! The location is absolutely perfect—just a few steps from the beach, which made every morning feel like a vacation. There’s a fantastic variety of restaurants nearby, offering everything from casual bites to fine dining. I also loved the convenience of having marts, stores, and relaxing spas all within walking distance. The area is lively yet peaceful, making it the ideal getaway spot. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort and location!

Location was wonderful and for the cost it was a very good rate at the time we stayed will be back to with the kids next time

Great location, large villa enough room for 10 people. The villa manager was very responsive to any request we had. Pool was clean and well maintained as was the whole property.

Not really any negatives. It is an older style villa so you need to factor that into your expectations but perfect for an extended family or group of friends.
