Had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and the check-in process was smooth. Highly recommend! Great location.

The Wi-Fi connection was a bit unstable and kept dropping.

A parte la posizione vicino al centro storico, si trova in una via trafficata e rumorosa. Srtuttura vetusta che di boutique ha rimasto solo il nome, semmai un tempo lo fosse stata. Non ha manche un porta cartigienica e nel box doccia rischiate di rimanere intrappolati. Angolo cottura indecente. A noi non é servito ma dall'aspetto non assicurava elevate prestazioni. Host poco disponibile . Il giorno prima il signore che puliva ci aveva assicurato che avremmo potuto lasciare i bagagli (2 zaini) per un paio d'ore.. il giorno del check out l"host ci ha fatto lasciare la stanza indicandoci un deposito bagagli, tra l'altro non funzionante. Alla fine abbiamo dovuto girare la città per due ore con gli zaini in spalla.

Very poor communication The host asked for a €7 fee after check-in, but when we arrived around 2:00 PM, they didn't reply until 10:00 PM There were bugs in the apartment and a visible stain on the sofa The bed was broken (the supporting slats were fallen) and it is also too short for anyone over 185 cm The shower drain was clogged Although there is an elevator in the building, you still need to take the stairs to actually reach the apartment entrance No dish drying rack in the kitchen.
