Guests must be 25 years of age or older to check-in and must be staying at the property. Please note that smoking of any kind is not allowed at this property. If we find evidence of smoking, you will be fined.PETS: We do not accept any breeds that have been recognized for their violent behavior, like a pit bull or any exotic pets. All pets must be leashed at all times while being walked, and all owners must be prepared to pick up any excrement left by their pets. Pets cannot be left unattended in the units or on the decks at any time! Should we receive any complaints regarding pets barking, there is a service charge plus any charges necessary for another guest needing to be relocated to another unit due to the disturbance. Pet Fee is per night plus tax and processing. Please note: We are not responsible for any children or pets leaving or entering the fenced area. Please supervise children and pets while in the fenced area and do not leave unattended.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
