Fabio and Cinzia were very helpful and delightful people. Did everything to assist us in making us feel welcome. Location was perfect. Easy to get around.

The stairs were steep but the Fabio family were very happy to assist.

We recently stayed at charming Uria Rooms & Suite B&B located in the heart of Vieste, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The location is perfect—right in the city center, surrounded by beautiful streets, great restaurants, shops, and within walking distance of the beach and local events. The room was very clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with all the amenities you might need. Despite being in such a central area, it was surprisingly quiet thanks to noise-proof windows, which made the stay even more relaxing. What truly made this stay special was the host - Fabio. Exceptionally kind, helpful, and always available, the host provided fantastic recommendations for restaurants, events, and places to visit, sharing rich local knowledge and interesting historical context. It was genuinely a pleasure to chat with Fabio - who I'd like to greet :) Breakfast was another highlight—focused on quality over quantity, with fresh, local, and homemade products like cakes, olive oil, delicious coffee, fresh bread, local cheeses, and cold cuts. Every morning felt like a true taste of the region. I would absolutely recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Vieste. It’s a perfect spot for couples, solo travelers, or anyone looking to enjoy the city in a cozy, welcoming atmosphere with outstanding hospitality :)

The suite is right in the heart of the historical centre of Vieste, but it is still peaceful at night. Fabio is a wonderful host. He is polite and serves a lovely breakfast that includes his mother's home made cakes and tarts. His recommendation of restaurants was perfect. The suite was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it.

The B&B is located in the city center and just exiting out the door you're already in the old town. The room was really comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, with homemade cakes available. Fabio was a fantastic attentive host, really very friendly and gave us good advice and help about the Vieste city.

The parking is cca. 15 minutes walk from the apartment and there are stairs into the town and steep stairs up to the apartment. If you have a lot of luggage or you are elderly this could be a challenge. But Fabio went out to meet us on the main city square, helping us with our luggage to the apartment.

Everything. The room is cosy and with highstandards. It is located in the center, everything walkable. Fabio, the host, is wonderful. He gave us perfect info about the city and good advises. The breakfast was homemade. Thanks a lot for this perfect place and welcoming:)

The property was very clean and excellent location. Fabio was amazing, he met us and took us to the apartment and explained the layout of the city. Breakfast was great. Definitely the place to stay if you are visiting the area!

Perfect location, very large spacious studio. The studio was very quiet at night even though it was in the heart of the old town. Host was very informative and great breakfast.

Nothing to improve on

Fabio was a fantastic attentive host, nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was very central (out the door and you're in the old town), well looked after, lovely bedroom & bathroom. Great breakfast. cold platter, cereal, fruit, yogurts, toast & homemade cakes with juice, tea or coffee. The restaurant downstairs was excellent. Just a note. The parking is a little way from the apartment and there are stairs into the town and steep stairs up to the apartment. If you have alot of luggage or elderly this could be a challenge. In saying that Fabio went out of his way to meet us and we cant thank you enough for helping with our luggage to and from the apartment. All the very best Fabio with your B&B venture 🙂
