Perfect location in the city center, clean and well equipped appartement. Calm in the night, despite orientation to the busy street. Comfortable beds. Nice breakfest including wonderful coffee included.

Parking spot quite far from the location, but the way well described by Fabio, who was a wonderful host.

The place is stunning, beautiful, clean rooms, close to the sea, walking distance from everywhere, excellent location. Fabio was very kind in every way!! Highly recommend(-:

Everything is excellent. There are stairs to the rooms, those who are elderly and have difficulty should be aware of this.

Posizione eccezionale nel pieno centro storico, camera pulitissima e dotata di tutti i comfort,letto comodo, buona insonorizzazione, colazione degna di nota con diverse opzioni, soprattutto le torte fatte in casa, davvero buonissime,buono il caffè ed il cappuccino. Ultimo punto che ha davvero fatto la differenza è stato Fabio l'host super gentile, disponibile e premuroso senza essere mai invadente, si prende cura dell'ospite con grande discrezione ma senza far mancare niente, inoltre dispende utilissimi consigli su esperieze e location nelle vicinanze per arricchire la già magnifica esperienza del soggiorno. Assolutamente consigliato,da provare e ritornarci!

The accommodation was extremely clean and very well maintained. The location was perfect, close to the beach and in the city center. Fabio was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful during our stay.
