GBGreat location close to the sea front & a short walk to the old town. Air con here was the best of our Italy tour. Modern decor & quiet at night so slept well. Was good to have a fridge for cool drinks. Clean & comfortable. Dining table & sofa available too. Washing machine is great. Take your own washing powder though.
Not stocked. Take anything you need. Just 2 glasses & 2 plates provided. We Don’t expect much- but maybe some instant coffee, 4 tea bags & hand soap in the kitchen. So We didn’t use the kitchen. The stairs are difficult. They Look fabulous, but too Sharp & high. I fell down the last one & chipped my elbow. Had a mighty bruise. Glad it wasn’t from the top stair! Keep to the main streets at night.
GBLove the cleanliness of the place. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was lovely and the tiling superb.
The stairs to the loft space were a little dangerous and the main stairs were quite scary. Not for young children. Other guests mentioned about the toilet seat being broken and it was broken on our stay also. The drilling up until 11:30pm was terrible. Funny smell in the main area but I think that was as we had the windows open and it was coming from the building work. Not a great view out of the back bedroom and damp on the walls in that room. You don't get internet in the main bedroom.
GBStuffing flat in a prime location in Genoa.
I was travelling with my mum who is still walking perfectly but needs to be extra careful when taking the stairs. The stairs in this flat are dangerous and can cause harm. My mum did have a fall and it could have been bad. It seems like the stairs are protected and can't be changed so I would advise families with younger kids or elderly parents to pay extra attention.
CAVery clean place, modern and comfy. Very safe and location is great to explore city center and museums. Close to cafés and restaurants too
Can be very noisy at night, especially on mondays night. Neighbours are very loud. Missing some kitchen equipment to make our stay perfect: corkscrew, strainer, additional clothes, new sponge, boiler, peeler… Spare chairs could be checked. Missing curtains on the big windows to cut light from the street.

USLocation was very good. Close to everything. AC was kicking out COLD air. It was huge plus on some very hot humid days. Christiano, got us a deal on parking in the ramp. Quiet street.
Strange chemical smell that persisted three days, until be bought a candle and let it burn for several hours. Don't want to think about what chems were in the air we breathed for three nights. Strongest in the master bedroom. Bedroom wall kept sloughing off grit/mortar. Had to sweep several times/day. Stairs are STEEP must use the hand rail, those with bad joints be warned. Kitchen not well stocked. No corkscrew - really? We had to buy one. (1) kitchen towel, no spatchula or large serving spoon. No microwave oven. The bare necessities but NOTHING more. Toilet seat still broken. Have to reset the toilet to fix it. It will probability still be broken if you stay here. Bathroom (singular). Is small. Its nice but small, with a larger group it might be something to consider. Master bedroom mattress was not comfortable, you could feel each spring. It was acceptable but not comfortable. 3 small rolls of TP, we stayed a week... It seemed to be under stocked to us. All in all the pros outweigh the cons. The AC and location tipped the scale. We would stay there again. Genova city tax NOT included in booking. Rude slap by the city to extract cash from travelers. 3€/person per day. Local ATMs all have 3%-6% fee to get cash. Bring cash from somewhere else to avoid this "tax".
GBPerfect location.
Apartment quite dark as quite built up around. Shame no balconies
GBClean wonderful Appartment
Toilet seat was broken when we came, and door knob for bathroom needs fixing. Biggest drawback, only one bathroom and toilet which can be challenging with 8 people in the Appartment.
ITSeems to be newly renovated and has been very tastefully done. Quite neat with the exposed brick and arched ceilings. There were beds for everyone (family of 5), which was a surprise (thought one would be a sofa bed but it wasn't). Quite spacious. The geographic location was great. Cristiano was very pleasant and accommodating. Easy check-in process (there's a key box with a code to get the key).
I would suggest providing some handsoap in the apartment for guests. I understand its an apartment not a hotel but in my experience they typically provide handsoap. Not sure about anything else in terms of amenities as we were not there long enough to make use of anything else. Also, while the location is very central, the front door is in a dark alley (its the second building in from the main street on the waterfront) and, as seems to be the norm in Genoa, there was an overwhelming smell of urine in the alley where the door is, although you could not smell the urine inside the apartment. The building immediately in front of the apartment (on the other side of the alleyway) is very run down so it seems kind of sketchy.
