The location was excellent, security was excellent

Broken toilet seat, mould on bathroom ceiling, rusted stove plates and oven didn’t work effectively, furniture needed sanding and maintenance, chipped crockery

Ballito Agencies was great. They were very helpful! The cleaning service was also great. The lady did an excellent job. The view was amazing.

The foot of the bed in the main bedroom collapsed on the first day, resulting in us sleeping at an angle. There is no proper lighting in the main bedroom, only a faulty lamp. The bathroom light also went out during our stay. The balcony doors going out to the patio are faulty. My husband had to climb over the two balconies almost every day to open the door from the outside. The second bathroom's lock is broken, resulting in some family members getting stuck inside. They had to use the string on the plug to try to open the door. The fridge is leaning forward and does not cool properly. The second bedroom has an issue with the windows that we struggled to identify, but the room was very cold at night. The third bedroom's door is quite difficult to close.

The access to the beach and the privacy.

The furniture in the apartment could have been a bit more updated as it is outdated especially the furniture in the lounge area.

Everything was perfect.

Wi-fi reception very poor.
