The apartament and the terrace are very spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped. The parking is underground, away from the sun. The swimming pool looks nice. The beach is close. The neighborhood is pretty and safe at night. The beach is close. The supermarkets are at a 5 minutes walk away. There is AC. I have used the laundry machine and it worked OK. I don't know if The dishwasher works.

The apartament was dirty and also everything in it. The sheets and towels had hair on them. At day one I cleaned and disinfect all that I could. The floors, the dinner table, the chairs, the fridge, the kitchen, the bathroom. It looked like there was no cleaning at all before our arrival. Our flip flops were literally sticking to the floors. No Wi-Fi, just a few boring TV channels. The terrace is spacious but it could use some pots with some green plants that don't need that much care. And other garden furniture, not those old plastic chairs and table. There is a bidet but it's broken / not functional. There was no toilet paper, no toiletries, no soap... No garbage bags in the bins, we had to buy everything... and we stayed for 5 nights... 80 euros per night in September. Not so good value for the money.

El apartamento tiene una ubicación estupenda. A 5 minutos andando de playas y zonas de ocio y restaurantes. Super tranquilo, espacioso y muy limpio. Una opción genial para vacaciones. La amabilidad de Juan Carlos para explicarte todo, dónde ir y disponible para solucionar cualquier problema.

El agua caliente en el lavabo tenía poca presión.
