从booking上跳转的导航地址不准确，导致我们一开始无法找到准确的房间地址，给房主打电话一直无人接听，只能跟周围人问路，导致我们花费了接近40分钟才找到房间。 从19:14-21:43给房主打了数十次电话，仅在20：01接通，对方说韩语，一听我们说英语，就直接挂断电话，之后打了无数次电话一直不接听； 我们找到预订的房间后，发现是一栋三层小楼，每层有不同的住户，楼外需要钥匙开门，但我们没有钥匙；预订的房间在地下一层，里面第二道门需要密码；我们既没外面大门钥匙，也没有里面的密码，在楼门口一直等了快3小时无法入住（19:14-21：43），带着两个孩子，其中一个只有4岁，没有吃晚饭，也耽误了晚上的旅游行程。 等待期间，我们打电话给Booking客服和中国领事馆求助，电话费额外花了约150元人民币（26000韩币）。 Booking客服因为不懂韩语，也没能在第一时间帮忙联系上房东，没能帮我们解决入住问题（直到第二天白天才给我们反馈，而且是被房主欺骗后的错误反馈，非常糟糕！） 之后，楼上邻居住了一位老爷爷，听到我们一直打电话，于是下楼帮忙打开了外面第一道门，但他不认识地下室房间的房东；他又帮忙问了周边四五户住户邻居，之后在房屋周边邻居，大概六七位老人家及社区义工巡逻队的反复沟通和帮助之下，由另一位老奶奶联系上房主并取得了密码，我们才得以进入房间。 进入后发现房屋不干净， 地板有污渍， 床上被子上有红色和黑色长头发、床单有污渍， 窗帘灰尘多， 洗手间没有毛巾（房主说准备了两条毛巾但房间里根本没有）， 没有热水（导致我们后来整整三天都没有洗澡）， 房间位于地下室一层，窗外是地下的墙壁，看不到任何风景，同时，窗户距离墙壁有一定距离，路灯可以直接从窗户透进来，但窗帘无法关闭紧密，整夜都有路灯从上往下照在枕头上，不仅看不到任何风景，更影响睡眠。 由于时间已接近22:00，加上带着未成年孩子没吃晚饭，我们才选择先放下行李，入住，去马路对面便利店买了方便面解决肚子饿的问题。 半夜被蚊子咬醒，房间里连电蚊香都没有。 非常糟糕的体验！！ The navigation address that was redirected from the booking page was inaccurate, which made it impossible for us to find the exact room address at the beginning. We called the homeowner but there was no answer. We had to ask the people around for directions, and it took us nearly 40 minutes to finally find the room. From 19:14 to 21:43, we called the homeowner dozens of times. Only at 20:01 did we get through. The person speaking replied in Korean. As soon as they heard us speaking English, they immediately hung up the phone. After that, we made numerous calls but they never answered. After finding the reserved room, we discovered it was a three-story building with different residents on each floor. A key was needed to open the door outside, but we didn't have one. The reserved room was on the basement floor, and the second door inside required a password. We didn't have the key to the outside door or the password for the inside door. We had been waiting at the entrance for nearly 3 hours (from 19:14 to 21:43) without being able to check in.
