The gate leading to deck stairs did not have a latch and I didn’t like the cables on deck rails. Made me very nervous with a toddler.
USLocation and setup for entertainment is totally awesome. The Game room, Hot Tub, fire Pit, Ocean Views and Beach Access were fantastic.
Only issue/comment: Division/ Separation and proximity of two of the main floor Bedrooms were not Ideal. With that said, the family had an amazing stay so it was not a big deal.

It would have been nice to have A/C in the downstairs unit and screens in the windows so you can leave them open to hear the ocean.
