"お正月そうそう家族旅行が台無しでした。利用を考えている方は全部確認してから行った方が良いと思います。周りには他に沢山良い宿があるようでした。検討した方が良い！"

お部屋的には悪くなかった

サウナ‥マキで燃やして温めるタイプでマキの準備をする事をもっとわかりやすく記載すべきだと思います。サウナ入れませんでした！ 外のバーベキューコンロがNG!コンロのガスが3つあり１つだけは満タン。残り2つは3分の1程度しか入っていなかった。しかも故障しているのか火力が弱くまったく焼けず食べることが出来きずクレームをしたら管理人ではなく他の人が来てこれはひどいですね！と言い帰って行った！ 仕方なく室内のホットプレートでやる事にしたがホットプレートは汚くて洗われていなかった。これも写メを撮り報告した！仕方なく洗って使用しました！ 食器洗い洗剤も少ししか入っていなくて帰りに洗い物が出来なかった！ 加湿器も故障していた！ とにかくまったく管理されていない宿で1泊20,000円の価値はなし！ クレームをだし対応してもらった！

子供がいたので天気が悪くても室内で楽しく遊べました☺️小さい子供もいるのでローベッドがあるのも助かりました！満足できる旅行になりました！

子どもたちが屋内のアスレチックで楽しく遊んでいた。ホームシアターも嬉しそうであった。キッチンで料理をできるのが楽であった。洗濯ができた点も良い。お風呂・シャワーも満足だった。

連日大雨で、屋外のアスレチックやサウナは使用できなかった。また、入口に屋根がないため部屋に入るときに濡れてしまう。

子供も祖父も喜ぶオシャレなつくりで色合いもすき！ 無駄に広くなくて子どもが目の届くところで存分に楽しめた 窓も広く明るいしお風呂も大きくて最高！！ 夜はBBQと焚き火で大人の時間もつくれた 付近で鹿を見かけてまた興奮 おかげで素敵な旅行になりました♪

大雨で出入りする時、傘を広げるところもなくエントランス？内までビチャビチャになったので、出入り口にちょっとした屋根があるといいかもしれません 入り口のハンガーラックが突然落ちてきました すぐはずれるタイプだと思いますが、樹海から帰ってきて樹海のYoutube観てたからかも…(･_･;
