La estancia ha sido maravillosa. El piso estaba super limpio y muy acogedor, con todas las comodidades necesarias. Además, está a unos 12 minutos andando de la playa y rodeado de todo tipo de comercios, lo que hace la ubicación muy práctica. La comunicación con los responsables del alojamiento fue rápida y muy práctica, lo cual facilitó todo el proceso. Sin duda, un lugar ideal para alojarse y repetiría sin dudarlo.

La cama que es cómoda,el aire acondicionado,la ubicación y la limpieza.

La ducha que es pequeñita,también decir que los estudios están en una azotea y que son 3 pero sentí un poco de miedo ya que viajaba sola y los otros dos estudios no estaban ocupados y la puerta de acceso está abierta,puede subir cualquier vecino del portal,aún así todo correcto en ese sentido ningun problema,ya las demas noches me acostumbré,solo lo comento para que la gente lo tenga en cuenta.

The room look much bigger on the pictures the terasse is nice but there’s no parasol just a table and two chairs so it isnt very confortable to sit it outside in the morning por exemple to have breakfast ,only from late afternoon when the sun is on the other side. The interphone to open the door downstairs is not working and as we got only one pair of keys for 2 persons it is a bit annoying when person number 1 is out and need to come back in the apartment ( then person number two has to go down to open the door ) . There’s only one bin bag for the all stay provide , i know it might be Just a detail but would be Easier to have a couple of spare bin bags as the trash bin getting very quick full on holiday ….also not very clear in the explanations in the room on how and where to take the trash out

It was just ideal for our stay, compact and bijou. Very quiet and super relaxing. Will definitely come back again, however might book the one next door, I think it is no. 2 Right in the center of town with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops, the train station is less than 5 minutes walk. Perfect place to go for long walks, heat although was very hot , the air-conditioning was amazing. So thanks so much

The location was great, right at the heart of Torremolinos and a quick 10 minute walk to the train station and a ton of restaurants and bars nearby. The hosts provided a good video on how to get the keys. The kitchen facilities had anything you may need and the shower was nice and hot.

Unfortunately this was one of the worst experiences I've had in regards to accommodation (I am a seasoned traveller and came to work from here remotely). - Terrible dampness and smell - I was told by the host that it had been raining a lot over the past two weeks, however the entire place smelled awful with dampness so bad that the sheets were essentially wet. When asking for solutions the next day I was told to just "turn on the AC, that's what it's there for". - The apartment is ON the rooftop, it doesn't have its own. It's just chairs outside of the door. This is fine, but please note this if you think this is a private rooftop. - There were works being done in the building that woke me up around 7-8am for 2 days straight with hammering right outside of the door, as well as the noises that come from construction (shouting, mostly). Due to the length of my stay I asked the host to find out if they knew about this and whether it would continue. They didn't know about the construction, however I was simply told there was nothing they could do, asked to pick up a new key that was being put in place and suggested that next time I run into this kind of issue to just ask the construction workers myself about the situation, rather than getting them involved. I've never had to do this as a guest, let alone have to work from a coffee shop due to the hammering going on outside of the apartment, with no notice or an idea of when it would be resolved. The attitude of the host (or management property, one of the two) forced me to leave halfway through my stay and book alternative accommodation at my expense. They refused to refund the nights that I had left and denied my claim through booking.com to do so, despite agreeing that this was all going on and essentially making it my responsibility. Terrible, avoidable experience unfortunately and I cannot recommend staying here.
