The staff and almost a complete kitchen.

Bad wifi and terrible insulation. You can hear everything that's going on in the house; the room next to you, the door downstairs, the bathroom, etc... Cleaning could do a bit better. Title should be changed as there is no carpark in the premises. There in on street car park but sometimes it gets a bit busy.

Even though there was free parking on the street, on Saturday night I struggled to secure a spot close to the unit. One of the other guests set the smoke alarm off, at the uppermost point of ceiling on 3rd floor, and it was really hard to get to turn it off.. waving a towel didn't work and had to resort to climbing on a chair and using the paper towel roll holder to push button to reset it.

The room, bed and beddings, bathroom, kitchen, dining room are immaculately clean, well built place and very comfortable living. Highly recommended.

Because I'm not familiar with Auckland I found the distance from Blockhouse Bay a bit far. However, the location is ideal for holiday makers as opposed to my purpose of stay, i.e. driving into the CBD daily.

Location - close to movies, restaurants etc Value for money - not too expensive definitely worth the money

Loud neighbours and generally busy area but that’s not the property owners fault just not the place to be for a quiet getaway! 😊

Easy access to bus stops nearby and calm locale. Really liked the approachability and accommodative nature of the owner to consider requests. Also, clean, plush fittings and all in working condition ensuring a comfy stay. Parking is ideally on-street. Would surely consider another stay in future.

Communication and pre-arrival instructions could be shared well in advance (a day before perhaps) allowing travellers to plan better. Also, instructions can be shared automatically in an email along with text. The instructions could include heating management along with other rules.

Heater not working. I had to ring and asked for iron and it was not working. No car park
