The mattresses and bedding looked new

Odor, broken air conditioner, and desirable people lurking, no cover on the ice machine very unsafe, no toilet paper or soap rust all over refrigerator, Very long wait to get access code, furnishings were disgusting.

Comfortable bed

The smell of mold which you can see on the dry wall no trim on the front of the sink carpet was messed up at the door they had to move me when I first got there because the air conditioner was not working

The room had roaches and bed bugs. I could not stay there and had to pay for a room at another hotel. The management completely ignored me when I tried to talk to her about the situation. She did not answer her phone but she just left my room because the lock code needed to be changed due to someone else having access to the room I booked. They came into my room while I was away and left the door open with my belongings inside. The manager was very unprofessional and refused to help me.

We had to get another hotel because: the hotel was very dirty, the door didn't open correctly or even close, there was food spoiled in the microwave, the shower was dirty too. They changed the number of our room and we found a guy trying to enter our room when we had slept there the night before. Make yourself a favor and don't reserve anything in this hotel. They didn't even reimburse ourselves when in person they told us they would. I am adding pictures from out experience!

Ioutlets pulled out of wall No working tv had to wait 2 hours for another, internet kept going off No futon bed or hot tub Lights didn’t work except for bathroom area No working ice machine Supposed to be non smoking but every time I was outside my room people in stairwell rooms next door were smoking cigarettes and marijuana Two small towels and two washcloths for two nights stay No one at front desk ever Would have canceled after seeing room but everything else was booked for special Olympics. No coffee . A round ball of soap about the Susie’s of a quarter and Was not worth a 162 dollars. I’ve stayed at many nice places that cost way less. That place should be condemned.
