Comfortable living space and bathrooms! Great facilities!

Site WiFi was poor at peak times

This property was everything you would want with a family of 5. Very spacious through out. When we arrived the lodge was all done up with christmas decoration which put a lovely touch on it. It was so cozy and warm. We used the swimming facilities at the park which was very clean and the staff seemed very friendly. There are some great walks within the area around the lakes and canals. Such a peaceful place! The host had messaged to see if everything was ok and if they could help with anything which was nice. I can only imagine this place will be fantastic in the summer season. Will be definitely returning. Overall 10/10. Thank you!!

So easy to find not far from the motorway. Queries answered promptly. Great location and base to visit other areas, only half n hour from Windermere. Definitely recommend Waters Edge Restaurant and Bar overlooking the lake, great food and hospitality. Lodge has everything you need, so spacious yet cosy and welcoming. Greenlands Farm a 20 minute walk from the site, would recommend a visit, lovely lunch. 3 large supermarkets only a 5 minute drive away. Had such a lovely restful break. Will definitely be returning.

Can’t think of anything other than from the photos it looks as if the lodge overlooks the lake which it doesn’t but this wouldn’t stop me from booking again. The lodge backs onto a little wooded area so in a peaceful location and just a pleasant walk to Reception, Spa and Restaurant.

Sofa and beds super comfy, amount of TVs excellent, great family cabin.

The location, the cleanliness 10/10 everything was too good 👌🏻

There were no proper toiletries available but maybe it was a unintentional mistake
