Na plus bliskość do dworca kolejowego i do centrum.

Bardzo cienkie ściany, co w połączeniu z położeniem apartamentów przy bardzo ruchliwej ulicy oraz odbywającym się remontem w budynku uniemożliwiło komfortowy pobyt. Im dalej od dworca kolejowego tym okolica stawała się coraz mniej atrakcyjna. Brak balkonu, miejsca na wysuszenie ręczników plażowych.
