The property is newly renovated and clean

It is a very tiny room. Like tiny tiny. There is no place to even open your luggage if it’s bigger than carry on bag. There is no window, just a glass door that faces someone’s balcony and all you see is AC and someone’s clothes hanging to dry. It is located in a residential building, no reception, for check in you call them and a guy comes with the key to let you in. There are a few more rooms and a tiny hallway. We chose it because of how close it is to the train station. The only pro is the location. Not worth $150 for a night.

When we first saw the room it looked nice but the room was dirty. The sheets had stains and we found hair in the bathroom.

Staff was very polite and even waited after 22:00 for us to check-in. Room was clean and enough for a family with two kids.

A bit catchy to find it on the map. Maybe it was us, but if you use goolge maps, type in the exact same address from Booking.
