Privacy, neatness, ensuit and fact that you can cook.
Noise from neighbors and in the corridor. Change the globes to LED at least to be brighter. I noticed the oven is not working and broken.

The lighting.
The elevators were not working. The gate remote was not working, we had to ask the security guy to open the gate every time we want to go out or come back. There were roaches everywhere in the room. The TV is very small.
