Beautiful place and very homely

Loved everything about the place

Great view and balcony, lovely rooms and lounge suite

No main dining table Air cons (two were very cold, one ineffective) and both roof fans (very noisy) didn't work properly

The unit is very clean and comfortable. The view is nice, it centrally located with restaurants within walking distance. The natural tidal pool is right in front of the unit. Ocean views from the 2 rooms and the balcony. There are 3 bedrooms. 2 are en suite. 2 rooms have aircons, the other one has a ceiling fan, which is not ideal when it is very hot. There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer, stove, oven, fridge with icemaker and a water cooler. Sonja, the Utopia agent is very attentive and helpful. She keeps in regular contact, suggests places to visit and arranged cleaning services to match our schedule. She did her best to help at every enquiry. There is ample storage in the unit and everything you need is supplied. Towels, beach and bath is supplied. Lots of electrical outlets. There are a lot of stairs...there is a lift, but it does not go directly to the unit. So if you have mobility issues, be warned, you will have to navigate stairs. There is no way around that. Linen changes are every 7 days, and towels every 3 days. The monkeys will take every opportunity to get into the unit, so leaving anything open is a no. The balcony is lovely and there is an outside shower for quick rinsing after coming back from the beach. Overall it was a lovely ecperience.

The view from the house to the beach is very nice we feel home

The accomodation is very nice and clean.we sleep very peacefully the security was looking the place 24 hours

lift system did not work and i had my 85 year old dad thankfully he was mobile to navigate the stairs.
