The apartment was clean, well organized, and comfortable. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around. It also offered good value for money, making the stay enjoyable overall.

The water pressure in the bathroom (Apartment 4) was very low, which made it a bit inconvenient, especially when showering. This could be improved to make the stay more comfortable for future guests.

Apartment was ok

Right next door was a rave club that went until 6:00 am . The windows were vibrating. No one slept. We moved after the first night. This is a bad neighborhood. Why they would build rental accommodation there is beyond me. Ron from Canada

The one-bedroom apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I love the decoration and furniture. It matched the display on the website. The internet is working well. The towels and sheets were clean! Adequate storage for luggage and clothes. To enter your apartment, you require a code. I didn't worry about losing the key. It felt like a home away from home. Emmanuel, the manager, provided outstanding customer service. He displayed professionalism and resourcefulness. The apartment is just a 20-minute drive from downtown Dar Es Salaam. I was able to create wonderful memories.

Situated in a noisy neighborhood. Bars play loud music non-stop every day until 4 to 5 am. Remember to bring earplugs! I felt like I was being abducted while traveling from the airport to that neighborhood. Overall, it wasn't that bad. It is not a dangerous area, just different from expectations post viewing the F.A.M apartments. I felt safe in the neighborhood. There are many shops around that make life easier by providing items at any time of the day. Nearby ATM and bank.

Accessing the apartment required a code. I did not have to worry about misplacing or losing a key or card. The compound was clean with fresh paint and beautiful flowers. The apartment was cozy, spacious, and nicely decorated. The attention to detail created a welcoming atmosphere. The furniture, bedroom, and bathroom were clean, comfortable, and stylish. The apartment met all my expectations.

F.A.M is located in TABATA BIMA, a busy working-class neighborhood. Many bars and nightclubs near F.A.M play loud music from 8 PM to 5 AM, seven days a week. I had trouble falling asleep because of it. But it is very quiet during the day. Around the area, numerous shops and businesses offer phone credit, ATMs, meals, and essentials for your convenience. Everything is within walking distance.
