Zennova #20 Dream Nest

Locatia este superba, langa padure, pentru iubitorii de natura este un plus. Camera are toate dotarile necesare. Gradina este destul de generoasa.

Hosts were great and temperature inside was amazing, outside was over 40deg but inside there was no need for AC.

The place is isolated, surroundings are quite wild and wifi was very bad during the day.

Apartment was spacious and clean, everything was brand new. Bed was comfortable, air conditioner - perfect. Bathroom has decent size, unlimited hot water. Washing machine was precious. Fridge was full of cold water when we arrived. I am a huge coffee lover and there was lot of different options for making coffee: espresso, fredo espresso, greek coffee, filter coffee..beautiful. One of the property managers, Mr. Stelios, was really kind and responsive and did his best to make our stay more comfortable. He was waiting for us and delivered the keys. He was available for us at all times. It was peaceful and quiet, sitting area in the patio was in shades the entire day.

Outside are has different vibe from what was presented on booking photos. Entire side of the apartment that has access to the patio is in glass doors (7 doors i believe). Area outside the patio is common area (there are 2 more apartments upstairs) so you have zero privacy unless you keep the shades down. Patio was filled with all sorts of different insects which was almost deal breaker for me. I got bitten 3 times in 10 min by carpenter ants, had complete meltdown. I can tolerate mosiqitos, flies, bees and lizards but not spiders, centipedes, wasps, giant wasps, ants, etc. We were not sitting outside in the evenings and we kept all the doors closed all the time. Barbicue area looks deserted, chairs were dirty and dusty. Wifi was terrible, I struggled to send a message, waching movies was impossible, There is no cleaning service but you get vacume cleaner and cleaning supplies and they change the sheets and towels upon your request. The approach to the house was inconvenient unless you drive SUV or off road car. There was no wardrobe in the apartment which I though should be basic (at least for the price they were charging). After couple of days Mr. Stelios brought single-winged 4 shelves closet, which was acceptable for us. Check-in window is 3PM-7PM and if you are late, there is cash penalty. I believe this is just business model as any other, but I din't like the sound of it. We were crossing two borders(which could get extremly crowded) with the small child and there was this preasure in the back of my head not to be late. I guess all these things are not so bad and the biggest problem was that I had different expectations.
