The appartment owner was helpful to arrange to get the keys. The location of the appartment is really perfect. I takes 2 minutes to arrive to the center of the town where is a huge amount of restaurants and shops and different attractions.

First, the apartment is on the 4th floor, but the staircase is dangerously narrow and uneven. Carrying luggage up is not only uncomfortable but a genuine safety hazard. The bathroom looks nothing like the photos. The grout between the tiles is filthy and discoloured, giving an unhygienic and neglected impression. The water pressure is so low that even the minimal flow struggles to drain, making basic use of the facilities frustrating. The bed is placed directly under a single-pane, outdated window. This would be tolerable if the apartment were not located directly above a French pub where shouting and noise from intoxicated patrons continues until 1 a.m. every single night. Every sound from the street resonates inside the room as if it were happening right next to you. The cleanliness of the apartment is simply not acceptable. There was visible dust in several places, both in the bathroom and the bedroom. A half pair of socks lay in front of Room 3 for the entire three days we stayed — a clear sign that regular cleaning and basic upkeep are not being done. To make matters worse, despite this lack of maintenance, guests are instructed to take out the trash upon checkout. Asking paying guests to perform cleaning duties while the apartment is delivered in such a poor state is not only unreasonable — it’s insulting. This property needs immediate attention, honest advertising, and a complete overhaul of its cleaning and maintenance standards before it can be considered suitable for guests.

To nie jest apartament, to jest stare mieszkanie, w którym jest po prostu niebezpiecznie. Najgorszą rzeczą jest podłoga, która jest tak krzywa jakby miała się zapaść. Ciągle masz wrażenie, że lecisz w dół. Łóżka stoją krzywo i wszystkie szafki też. Nie ma nawet szafy. Lodówka stoi na wspornikach żeby się nie przewróciła. Z klamki w drzwiach wystaje gwóźdź i można się skaleczyć. W mieszkaniu jest bardzo głośno, wszystko trzeszczy i skrzypi.

good for three people and an independentt room, clean room, staff response very well and follow up everything so fast

We couldn’t sleep because the place was above a bar and the windows weren’t insulated, so it was very noisy. Additionally, there was no HVAC system, and the stairs were too narrow and steep. I wouldn’t recommend staying here with a family.

It was clean. beds comfitable but not as advertised .

Crooked floor hazardous.not as advertised not 3 single beds . .dangerous plug detached from wall .I'll fitting doors, insecure front door keysafe broken. Located in red light district.

The apartment is located in in hart of the city.

Very old building, very narrow stairs, feeling that they are going to fall of. As well, you are able to hear all the noise from outside. If you want to sleep, take with you a pair of ear plugs.
