The location is great, the bed comfortable, everything was super clean, the internet was stable and perfect for working. To me this is a very good place for one person to stay for a few days.

The pre check in procedure was a bit annoying. The link did not work properly and I spent quite some time with trying and trying again. For me it would have been great if the host was a bit more proactively responding. The flat is in a pretty good condition except the window which does not close completely. So you should bring ear plugs, even though the street is not very noisy.

Simply perfect - centrally located, modern, quiet and comfortable

The flat is very clean and well equipped to spend your days in Las Palmas as if you were at your home. It's placed 2 minutes from the beach. The owner is very friendly, flexible and available, she makes everything easy.

The place was super comfortable, everything in good condition, all basic white goods working well, and everything was super clean! Giorgia was an excellent host, always available and communicative! The location is close to beach, shops, cafes, and buses - we were taking short and long distance buses and it was super easy to get to stops even super early or quite late. Definitely recommend to stay here!

This was a great location to explore. The beach was only a two minute walk away and the whole area was bustling which We did not expect at this time of year(Dec 3rd) would highly recommend this property. The property also has a lift and very clean throughout. Would love to come back again.

location a few steps from the promenade and beach close to shops, restaurants, bus station the apartment is equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and at home ease of check-in and check-out small balcony but enough to sit on a chair very quick contact with the apartment owner via WhatsApss

even with the windows closed, the noises from the street until late hours make it difficult to sleep, but it is not that big of a problem
