Perfect location, quiet neighborhood and still very central. Cozy, clean, functional and nicely decorated. Carlo, the owner, was very friendly and flexible ( we booked last minute and we had to get back in after check out because I had forgotten something). We can definitely recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay in Casale Monferrato. The studio apartment was spotlessly clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The facilities included a washing machine, coffee machine and air conditioning which was greatly appreciated since it was a very hot few days that we were there. Very clean & modern bathroom & the bed was very comfortable. The Complimentary toiletries and slippers were an added comfort. The apartment is located within a 10/15 min walk to the main piazza. Thank you for a great stay!

Very close to railway station. The apartment is within a short walk to town centre, very clean and quiet.
