The staff were very friendly and accommodating made sure we were comfortable assisted with the use of the washing machine and even supplied us with a little washing powder.

The back gate and house door were difficult to open and lock, needing assistance from a partner. The kitchen had cockroaches, the couch had stains, and the room door struggled to lock properly. The bathroom lacked a bin, mop, and toilet mat, with used soap and no toilet paper replaced. The bedroom had thin curtains letting in sunlight and lacked bed side mats, with stained pillow cases and broken items. The wardrobe was not cleaned and still had previous guest belongings, while only one towel was provided for two people. One light would not turn off and had to be manually fixed. Overall, the accommodations were in need of maintenance, cleaning, and proper inventory to meet basic standards for a comfortable stay. The area is perfect, but it is important to ensure that the rooms are thoroughly cleaned and inspected before allowing another person to check in.
