It was clean.

Every bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Like wake up sore. No kitchen cleaning supplies. For example, no sponge to clean dishes, or counter cleaner. So make sure you purchase everything for that. Description for a 2 bedroom with 4 beds was deceiving. It’s a 1 bedroom with a loft and a pull out bed in the couch. So it was cramped for sleeping arrangements.

Very close to the beach and we could park right in front of our unit without having to go up an elevator with all our belongings

Beds were all very uncomfortable

My family enjoyed the location. Just a short walk to the beach. The property was quiet. The apartment seemed like it got a facelift recently and it worked! Faucets, bathrooms looked clean and updated. I enjoyed how family friendly it was.

The temperature fluctuations weren’t great for the people to slept upstairs. When the kids went to bed it was warm but then in the morning it got cold.

I wished it had been beachfront

But it was all good

Very clean property and the apartment was exceptionally clean. The property is located right across the street from the beach with its own entrance that you are given the code to. Shops and food and coffee are in walking distance as well as renting golf carts or scooters . The pool is big and very clean with lots of chairs. I will stay here every time we travel to Destin. The property is gated and secure.
