The innkeeper Patrick was amazing. He gave a tour of the house. He gave an extremely engaging and interesting history of the house and the area and I learned a lot about the history of Toledo which is my new home. The house itself was gorgeous. The breakfast was delicious and I overall enjoyed my stay immensely.

The only thing that would’ve improved my stay is the ability to adjust the heat in the rooms. Patrick was kind of off to give me an extra space heater, so it was comfortable, but I tend to be very cold (I have a circulatory disorder, so probably most people wouldn’t have this problem), and an adjustable thermostat in the room would have been a huge bonus for me.

"Everything we had hoped for in a historic and comfortable stay downtown."

Interesting facility with a historic past. Great architecture inside and out. Our host was marvelous and very accommodating.

For me the mattress could have been more firm.

"Outstanding"

Truly exceeded the expectations. The property looks new on Booking, but apparently that's because of recent change of ownership. Otherwise they've a B&B for over 10 years (under different name). It's truly wonderful, and one feels in a different time era. Touches of luxury, touches of the past, yet all the equipment / Wi-Fi etc. is modern. The area is safe.

Everything about our stay was great . Patric was amazing , the service and company couldn't have been better . We will Definitely be staying again . Do yourself a favor and stay here .
