Summer House West 203A

The beds were comfortable, easy walk straight across, no traffic 2 lane road right to beach , & another short walk to lagoon behind to fish & relax. The living room sat 7 people! That’s unusual. Many sleep 6 but Sit 4. Plenty TV channels. Nice updated master bathroom. All was very clean except guest bath a lil warn dated & dingy. Kids wanted to shower in ours instead. 2 balconys, had every appliance but an air fryer. Had a hose to wash off down by cars to not drag sand in. Lovely art & beautiful shells to look at. Very cool pulley system to get baggage up stairs. Loved they had a box fan for noise & another stand up fan in other bedroom for those of us who tend to get a little hotter.

Bummer the fact that we had to empty dishwasher. We felt we paid a lot of money for cleaning fee. We don’t mind putting dishes in & turning on but to stay to empty, not a fan with last minute morning meals or drinks to leave at 5:30am. There were no spices, salt, pepper,etc. but probably my fault for not checking. All condos we stayed before had it. The carpet seemed a bit worn & dingy, not too bad. Would have loved cards, games, etc. for several rainy days. Some towels were pretty stained. We didn’t think about the 2 flights of stairs up to condo plus another flight to get to bedrooms. Some days we climbed 3 flights of stairs 5-6xs a day. But great exercise. However, hard on spouses bad back & knees. Our fault for not thinking.

Beautiful view of the bay which was equipped with a dock and fish cleaning station. We loved the three balconies with one providing a view of the golf. The kitchen was well equipped. My only negative was the stairs - very steep up to the first floor and additional stairs up to the bedrooms.

Very nice place very quiet very personal I totally loved it. Everything was to par as it should be.

It was a beautiful property very clean. Well stopped. We enjoyed our stay. We will be back.

Great location for a great price.
